BSpark.Solutions provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights for custom work delivered under a paid project agreement transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of BSpark.Solutions.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules, milestones, and refund policies are outlined in individual project contracts. Late payments may result in project suspension until outstanding amounts are settled.

5. Limitation of Liability

BSpark.Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
